Had amazing stay in this perfectly fine hotel, the staff were excellent, location was favourable in transport to one of the main centers. Appreciated that my deluxe twin room included excellent bathroom. Location: the venue was not far from shopping mall, and the church. The lunch in Fuji japanese restaurant 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and set in a local area just off a big shopping mall, with great restaurants and other venues nearby. Had a huge, neat room with a mountain view, including a great bathroom. - the breakfast was savory, better than in most places. - the location was particularly good and magnificent, at a moderate distance from a national museum.

The breathtaking view from our room was truly amazing. We were treated to stunning panoramic vistas every morning and witnessed beautiful sunsets. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we felt safe with security guards present day and night. Being within walking distance of Maya Shopping Mall was a major plus, as we enjoyed indulging in delicious street food, catching a movie, and savoring mouthwatering desserts. I would highly recommend this hotel for its incredible view and convenient location.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is located very close to a shopping mall, just a short walk away. The convenient location allowed me to easily access dining options and even catch a movie at the nearby cinema. The staff at this place were incredibly helpful and their English was excellent. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast included was fantastic.

During my recent stay at Chiangmai Grandview Hotel & Convention Center, I had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the town center, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring other nearby cities. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were taken care of. The buffet lunch upon my arrival was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The spacious room provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I look forward to returning to Chiang Mai and staying at Chiangmai Grandview Hotel & Convention Center again in the future.

The staff were friendly, and one even offered to help us find local attractions. the breakfast had good options, and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water. the location was decently central, allowing us to walk to nearby attractions.

The rooms were disappointing. the air conditioning was noisy and seemed to struggle to cool the room.

The hotel location was perfect for our Christmas shopping and dining. It was in close proximity to shopping centers, the restaurants were fantastic and we loved the view from our room. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the free shuttle service that was provided. The rooms were clean and tidy with great amenities.

The beds were uncomfortable and we had a terrible sleep. The pillows were too hard and it was difficult to get comfortable.
